This circular is intended to provide information in relation to the Home Tuition Scheme.
In particular it contains information on:

• Criteria for eligibility under the terms of the scheme
• Allocation of hours under the terms of the scheme

Note: The Home Tuition Grant for Children with Autism is the means by which the Deptartment of Education provide Early Intervention services for families of children with ASD in the absence of a ASD Pre-school service. The department does not advertise this grant but it is recommended for children between ages 2.5 years to 6 years.
