Portumna Soccer Competition - Autism Fundraiser
Last year saw the rejuvenation of the Easter weekend five a side soccer tournament and this proved to be a big success with both with players and supporters alike. The aim of the tournament is to raise much needed funds for two schools which are helping to enhance the standards of life for the children who attend them while providing entertainment and exercise for the people of the town and the surrounding areas.
This year the tournament has moved to the soccer club's new state of the art astro-turf facility.
The tournament will be held on the 2nd and 3rd of April and officiated by FAI approved referees.
