AIB fund RainChild Summer Camps (Leitrim Observer, 3/9/2010)

RainChild has developed a 3 day water based summer camp for students with Autism in the area, thanks to funding of €5,000 from AIB Ballinamore. The funding, awarded under the 2010 AIB Better Ireland Programme, has allowed the children involved with the group to develop their life skills, communication skills and build self-confidence.

It also provided the children with the opportunity to socialise with their peers in a fun, supervised environment as they try new activities such as water sports and swimming.
